IM Care Family NP offers clinician-guided therapeutic device and intimate wellness care via telehealth for New York State residents. Many pelvic floor, urinary, vaginal, menopausal, and sexual health concerns can be supported by non-pharmacologic tools — from vaginal dilators and pelvic floor trainers to vacuum erection devices and wearable sleep trackers. We help you understand which options fit your condition and goals, how to use them safely, and what results to realistically expect, as part of an individualized care plan.
Women and men with pelvic floor, urinary, vaginal, menopausal, or sexual health concerns — including men recovering after prostate surgery — who want to explore non-pharmacologic tools alongside, or instead of, medication, as well as patients interested in using wellness technology to better understand their sleep, recovery, and overall health.

When a device should not be used
Devices are one part of a complete plan — not a replacement for medical evaluation. Before recommending any device, we assess your symptoms, medical history, and medications, because some devices are not appropriate for everyone (for example, certain erectile devices may not be suitable for people with bleeding disorders or those taking blood thinners).
Recommendations are individualized and may be combined with other treatments, lifestyle changes, or referral to pelvic floor physical therapy, urology, or gynecology when appropriate. Wellness trackers provide helpful trends, but they are not diagnostic tools — we use their data to guide conversations, not to replace clinical assessment.
